Hoops & Hues
Privacy Policy
Last updated: July 31, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how TomMillerART (“we”, “us”, or “our”) handles information when you use the Hoops & Hues coloring app and related websites.
1. Information we collect
Hoops & Hues is designed to work without an account. We do not ask you to provide a name, password, payment information, or profile to use the coloring tools.
- Information stored on your device: your selected language, recently used colors, and saved coloring progress may be stored locally in your browser using browser storage. This information is not sent to us by the app.
- Messages you send us: if you email us, we receive the email address and the information you choose to include in your message.
- Website hosting data: our hosting provider may process technical request data such as an IP address, browser type, and server logs to deliver and secure the website.
- Optional analytics: if you accept analytics cookies, Google Analytics 4 may receive anonymous, aggregated usage events such as the selected drawing, tool usage, download format, general country or region, and clicks on the book offer. We do not send names, email addresses, coloring images, or user IDs to Google Analytics.
2. How we use information
We use information only to operate, secure, maintain, and improve the app, respond to support requests, and provide digital products when you choose to purchase them. We do not sell personal information.
3. Children’s privacy
The app is designed to be easy for children to use, but purchases and communications should be handled by a parent or guardian. We do not knowingly request personal information from children. If you believe a child has sent us personal information, please contact us so we can review and delete it where appropriate.
4. Cookies and similar technologies
The coloring app does not require advertising cookies. The cookie banner records your preference in local browser storage. Optional Google Analytics measurement is loaded only after you accept optional cookies; declining keeps analytics disabled. You can clear or change this preference through your browser storage settings.
5. Third-party services
We use Google Analytics 4 for optional, consent-based usage measurement. Links to our website, social profiles, payment providers, or other third-party services may take you to websites with their own privacy policies. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of those services.
6. Your choices and rights
You can clear locally stored coloring progress and preferences through your browser settings. If you have contacted us by email, you may ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal information contained in that correspondence, subject to applicable law.
