These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of the Hoops & Hues coloring app and related websites operated by TomMillerART (“we”, “us”, or “our”). By using the app, you agree to these Terms.

1. Using the app

Hoops & Hues provides browser-based coloring tools for personal, non-commercial enjoyment. You are responsible for using the app lawfully and for supervising children who use it.

2. Digital products

Any digital coloring files or other products offered for purchase are provided for the personal use described on the relevant product page. A purchase does not transfer ownership of the underlying artwork or brand.

You may not resell, redistribute, sublicense, publicly upload, or use the artwork to create a competing product unless we give you written permission. Payment, delivery, refunds, and consumer rights may also be governed by the checkout provider’s terms and applicable law.

3. Intellectual property

The Hoops & Hues name, logo, app design, illustrations, text, and related content are owned by or licensed to TomMillerART. Except for the limited personal use expressly allowed in these Terms or on a product page, all rights are reserved.

4. Your coloring work

You retain rights in original creative work you make with the app. You are responsible for ensuring that any content you add or share does not infringe another person’s rights or break the law.

5. Availability and disclaimers

We aim to keep the app available and accurate, but the service may change, be interrupted, or contain errors. The app and its content are provided on an “as available” basis to the fullest extent permitted by law.

6. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, TomMillerART will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from your use of the app or inability to use it. Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot legally be limited.

7. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms when the app, products, or legal requirements change. The “Last updated” date will show when the latest version was published. Continuing to use the app after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
